During the restoration of the theater there will be many
projects that may be put out for bid/estimates. These
projects are listed below. We would like to use local
providers whenever practical and welcome inquires.

Evaluate existing system and design alterations or
if necessary a new system to meet current codes.

Design upgrades to existing systems to provide
enhanced coverage. |
| HVAC |
Design and Install GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP system with
7 to 10 zones |
| Electrical |
Design and install a new 3 phase, 1,500 amp
(estimated) service, main panel and connect the new dimming
system. |
| Plaster Repair |
Repair existing decorative plasterwork, casting
replacement elements as needed. |
| Masonry |
Evaluate building facade and repair/restore. |
| Roofing |
Replace seating area roof with EPDM rubber, approx
6,000 sq ft |
| Structural Steel |
Add 7 to 10 I beams above the stage to support
rigging equipment. |
